Ego breeds conflict, destroys relationships, harmful and hides personal strength, talent, need for love, respect, friendship and acceptance. The ego is afraid and does not tolerate the slightest criticism, attention, meaningful glances of disapproval for misbehavior, losing in the race for the attention of others. The ego is critical, judgmental and impetuous. The ego does not love anyone but himself. Fed social expectations, growing more and more. Created by sophisticated advertising industry, “swells”. It is fueled by the Internet spots, various YouTubers celebrities – “public” teachers, but also by the school itself – a system geared to competition, red stripes, rankings, testing and examination. Ego has an impact on what happens in our classrooms. Its pumping is the competition, rankings, constant competition, constant evaluation, and finally compare with others. The ego believes in its uniqueness. He hates systemic measures aimed at development of cooperation, effective communication, building a good relationship based on the essential character traits. Enormously strained, hiding everything that is around you and what can destroy it, but also to discover its destructive nature and artifice. At school we have a problem with him. There’s also the ego teacher that deepens his frustration and failure, plunges alone, creating a void around him, while away from the understanding of himself. It destroys the need for self-reflection and being told that he is the real “I”. He does not want to give way to a deeper reflection, it does not give time for focus and concentration. He does not want to know what we really want, what we strive for, what is important to us, what values, priorities and principles are our, not manifested by the insatiable ego. For it drowns, does not listen, he does not see and does not feel. The ego mind in reaching their dreams. He likes only those created by the outside world. The ego does not allow concentration, critical thinking, courage in discovering the most beautiful noble intentions and desires. The ego is the source of conflict, rivalry, envy. But the ego can be in trouble, because not everyone wants to dominate our lives. Awareness of this destructive force, can make not only regain peace of mind, but also begin to discover what is most important to us. Those who see its destructive nature, create an environment that makes it does not have to elbow, or fight, he does not need to compete or strive to be the first, most important and smartest. All this is what supports the actual development. This concern for the balanced development of all areas of human functioning: intellectual, physical, but also emotional and spiritual. This contemplation of beauty, contact with art, nature, conversations with others, build relationships, conscious communication, empathy, mindfulness, self-reflection, and even meditation. Anything that helps to deflate the inflated ego. They are not afraid of them and do not fight, but serves and loves. It’s understanding that there is no need to race to see who can do it better, faster, and win, not counting the cost of losing emotional and proper relations. The opposite of the ego is the real “I”. Personal power, self-confidence, self-esteem, knowledge of self, knowledge of the importance of their own potential. This is a positive self-image – the truth about yourself, you must discover, realize and cherish. And all this to the ego did not have as elbow and constantly fight for attention and admiration on it continuously. There were such cases and, therefore, the interactive boards for a long time lived in the basement, because no one was interested in them. One school is different from the other, and you may just not the same everywhere need to purchase? So how to invest wisely in the equipment, how much and what equipment do we need? About investing in technology in schools should not start with equipment purchases. Because the term “hardware” we must grasp a lot: of course the same computer equipment, but also accessories, furniture, power supply (remember that the extension is the most effective “kiler” digital schools), the internet, but also something that most often “forget” : people who all will be cared for. It should first invest in the network, because without 1) running everywhere (in each class), 2) high-speed, 3) Wireless Internet today many shopping does not make sense. Why do we need mobile laptops, and tablets, wireless printers, etc., if using cable liquidate immediately mobility and networking on the same tools and documents. About how to invest wisely in education, during the conference “INSPIRATIONS – Polish How to make the school even better,” said Lechosław Hojnacki from the Regional Teacher Training Center WOM in Bielsko-Biala, Poland Superbelfrzy member of the group. You can listen to (especially school principals recommended), because this subject has multiple threads: The organizers of the conference INSPIRATION 2014 (Warsaw 3-4 July 2014) were Edunews.pl, Think Global sp. Send (); }); / ** / Why I decided to turn around lessons? During my lessons repeatedly observed that some students, it is difficult to keep attention focused on the course of the whole class. In total, it is not surprising – we adults also do not always feel like we have or can not concentrate on work just exactly when someone expects from us (oh, the pedagogical council …). For some time I wondered also how to solve the problem of the different pace of work of individual students – some learn quickly and would like to go faster for the later issues, and others need a little more time to master even the basic content. Yet http://www.studybays.me/ another headache need to worry about teaching my head was the problem of absent students on a number of lessons, which missed the opportunity to see and listen to interesting material presented in class. I thought … I looked for and found out that the solution to all three problems can be reversed apply lessons. How does it work? This method is based on a simple idea: students learn at home with the lesson content, and repeat at school and systematize knowledge and practice skills. The teacher must therefore provide students with adequate teaching materials. Thirty years ago there were mostly printed texts. Today, in the virtual space you will find many videos, animations, presentations, photographs (eg. Www.youtube.com) or even camera recorded lessons (eg. Https://pl.khanacademy.org), which can serve as support during the implementation of the reverse lessons. How to prepare materials, and that is, you will be a teacher, but I decided to self-performance multimedia version of their lessons. For many years I created for the purpose of lessons made using Prezi or PowerPoint multimedia presentations. Now, enough to turn them into videos, including my description and commentary, as well as tips and instructions to his disciples. An excellent tool for this purpose was HyperCam2 a free program that allows you to register everything that appears on the computer screen (or a selected portion), and what we speak into the microphone at the same time. From the recorded material I could cut out all the slips and lapsusy using another free Windows Live Movie Maker. Thus prepared material posted on your profile on you tube and links to these videos pasted into a text file, which in turn shared with my students on the website of my class. An example of video multimedia lesson on colonialism in the nineteenth century: This is not the end, of course – the students after hearing the lesson at home need to repeat newly acquired messages. For this purpose, every lesson prepared a set of cards work and finally have time to practice taking accurate with students the ability to work with maps, caricatures, source texts, statistics, etc. What do the students? It seems to me that reversed the lessons become a remedy for the problems described in the introduction, and also created the opportunity to present the third grade high school students to those subjects that school implementation usually takes place after the gymnasium exam (eg. World War I). What about this idea think students.
